Columbus Day Practice

The boys team will have practice on Columbus Day, Monday October 10, at 8:00 a.m. at the high school. Sorry for the early start, but there are several conflicts going on. We will plan to go out for lunch/breakfast following practice. Anticipate a long OD/Recovery run on Monday, as our hard workout will be Tuesday. I hope to see a lot of athletes there.
