Meet: Southwestern Conference Championships

Date: Friday, October 15, 2010

Departure from EHS: 2:00 p.m. (keep in mind this is a 1/2 day of student attendance. Athletes are to eat a light lunch and return to EHS for departure).

Location: River's Edge, located in Granite City (we are not racing at Wilson Park).

--Take Interstate 270 West to Granite City

--Take Route 3 South (Exit)

--Go quite a way south on Route 3 before making a right on Niedringhaus Ave.

(main entrance with a big sign that says River’s Edge)

--Go straight until you can’t go any further. The start is behind the clubhouse

--The address is 100 Niedringhaus Ave. It is the old Melvin Price Army Base. The cross country course is on the old golf course for the army base.

Schedule:
--Varsity Girls: 4:00 p.m.
--Varsity Boys: 4:30 p.m.
--JV Girls: 5:00 p.m.
--JV Boys: 5:30 p.m.

Parking: Parking will be limited, so please try to car pool. You may park by the restauant on the course, but the restaurant will be open. Please pay attention to no parking signs.
