Criterium Bike Race: Help Needed Sunday, August 7

Parents and Athletes,

It is time for us to give back to our community and local buisnesses that support us through out the season. Members of the local Rotary Club are putting on the 2011 Criterium Bike Race on Sunday, August 7. The shifts are as follows:

1st Shift 8:45 a.m. - 11:30 p.m. 15 students
2nd Shift 11:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. 15 students
3rd Shift 3:00 p.m. - 5:45 p.m. 15 students
Clean-up Shift 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. 15 students

I am seeking at least 15 volunteers to help out with this event. Principal Cramsey specifically asked if we could help with the clean-up shift as there will be some heavy lifting. If you are in town this weekend, please volunteer.

All volunteers will have to have a waiver form. Athletes must have these forms signed by a parent as well.

Remember, the same ladies and gentlemen that support our program on a yearly basis with financial contributions are requesting our help. Please assist District 7 and return the favor.
