Tiger Finale Results

This is the bitter sweet point of the season. The JV/Fresh-Soph season came to an end on Monday with the Tiger Finale, but I am very happy to see how much growth the team displayed this season. I am very proud of all the athletes who came out every day and did their best for me and the team. I am a proud individual, and you should all be proud of your efforts and performances this season! All though your season is technically over, I hope you continue to attend practice and train together. The following are some important dates I hope you attend:

Wednesday, October 19th: Mile Time Trial. Let's see how fast you are, as you should be in the best shape of your lives. We will do a time trial after school. Spike up and be ready.

Thursday, October 20th: Equipment/Uniform return. Please place your shorts, singlets, and sweats in a bag with your name on it. If you know you are missing pieces, please let me know. Thank you.

Columbus Day Practice

The boys team will have practice on Columbus Day, Monday October 10, at 8:00 a.m. at the high school. Sorry for the early start, but there are several conflicts going on. We will plan to go out for lunch/breakfast following practice. Anticipate a long OD/Recovery run on Monday, as our hard workout will be Tuesday. I hope to see a lot of athletes there.

Departure from EHS: 2:20.

There will be two races, one girls race and one boys race. Class A and AA, along with Varsity, JV, and Open will all race together. Runners will be separated at the chute.
